Works Delivery Details

It is our recommendation that you have your new handset delivered to your home address. We use Royal Mail special delivery and as such we guarantee your parcel before 1pm. As an additional comfort factor, if you are not at home at the time of delivery Royal Mail will post a card through your door so you can organise the redelivery of your order.

If you choose to have your phone delivered to your works address, please be aware of the following:
Delivery will be made via your works main entrance, which may result in your handset being signed for without your knowledge.

Once delivery has been accepted and signed for at you business premises we are unable to take any further responsibility for your handset or its loss and potential misuse.

Should you still wish us to deliver to your works address please fax written instructions on your company headed paper with your work address printed on it. Please state clearly your full name & postcode. Fax to 0871 222 6510.
